With the growth of mattress production technology and increase of sleep product manufacturers, in addition to the quality of product, it is very important to provide after-sales services to the customer. As far as that the conditions of after-sales services and the way of providing these services have become a tool to attract customers and create a competitive advantage.

Certainly, the first option for buying sleep products is the quality of the production. Appropriate design, advanced manufacturing technology, high-quality raw materials, etc.will end up in quality production, but surely a sleeping product (mattress) no matter how high-quality it is, will need to be maintained. Therefore, the provision of customer services by the manufacturer will reassure the distributor and consumer.

Zenit Mattress Company provides customer service in two ways.

Offline services:

In the form of phone consultation, the correct method of using the mattress, instructions of mattress location and the correctness of the bottom surface of the mattress on the hotel bed or bed.

On site services:

After phone instructions, company’s senior expert will apply the warranty and after-sales services if the problem is caused by the bed, box or by the company.

Out of warranty

  1. Damage caused by improper transportation. (bending the mattress)
  2.  Tearing of the top of the mattress due to incorrect movement and contact with sharp things.
  3. Placing heating devices such as iron on the mattress.
  4. Placing the mattress in small and uneven beds.
  5.  A drop of 2 to 3 cm on the sides of the mattress is normal due to the prominent embroidery pattern it has and isn’t included in the warranty.
  6.  The spring break and the excessive drop of the mattress (8 to 10 cm) are included in the warranty, and this warranty is from 1 to 3 years of spare part replacement.
  7. The product warranty includes unconditional replacement and the warranty includes after-sales service (replacement of internal parts).
  8. The surface under the bed should be flat and uniform. Beds with mesh bottoms and fences do not have any warranty.

Special methods to increase lifecycle of the mattress

  1.  Turn the mattress upside down every three or six months.
  2. Make sure that you place the mattress on a flat and dry surface.
  3. Not washing the mattress with any cleaning and disinfecting liquids
  4. If the mattress gets wet, dry it immediately. (preferably in the open air or sun light)
  5. Avoid bending the mattress when moving.
  6. Avoid placing heavy materials on the mattress.
  7. Not using mattress as a seat or couch.
