Established in 2018, Zenit Sleep Product Co., Ltd is a leading manufacturer which is specialized in the production of top quality mattresses and sleep products. We own the whole and complete mattress production line and are developed by ourselves which have got the patented certifications in Iran. With 6-year experience in bed furniture, we export to more than 10 countries all over the world and more countries will be added soon. Until today, we own 43 branches around the country and 2 overseas representatives’ offices and a workforce of 100 well-trained professionals. We are capable of producing up to 200,000 mattresses per year. Zenit mattress and sleeping products trading group has succeeded in achieving various standards and ISOs to gain more customers’ trust.

Raw material

Springs

The structure of the springs is DHT with coating, which prevents breakage and rusting of spring, and the type of structure is as follows:

The texture of pocket springs provides a cross-sectional area for the mattress by using the latest spring manufacturing and production technology. The movement on the surface of the mattress is reduced to a minimum and provides comfort and sleep.

This type of spring prevents rebound in the length and width of the mattress and shows great resistance in the center of the mattress so that’s why it works individually. The material of this type of springs is completely waterproof and each one is placed inside the stainless steel enclosures.

Multi spring pocket

This type of spring is upgraded form of pocket spring, which is placed and arranged on the pocket springs in two layers. The strength and stability of this spring model is that it completely neutralizes the shock, rebound and play of the spring in the length, width and center of the mattress.

This type of production increases the life and quality of the mattress and reduces the possibility of the mattress breaking.

Coin spring pocket

This spring model mechanism is similar to hand sewing and fits in the upper layer of the original spring so that it can provide the highest level of quality and filling in the upper and lower parts of the mattress. The resistance and performance of this type of springing is in a way that helps the strength of the mattress and minimizes the transfer of movement.

High density Foams

This type of foam, which is known as HR is used in the center of the springs and on their sides in the form of injection and layers. it is to strengthen and stabilize the springs against impact.

The purpose of using this type of foam instead of normal foams is to have a low kilogram coefficient, which includes a long lifespan and prevents the mattress surfaces from getting punctured. Mattresses with HR foams usually consist of 30-35 kg compression.

Gel Comfort (Liquid Foam)

The purpose of using this type of gel (liquid foam) is to fill body surfaces that include 6 main parts of the body, In such way that it can fill all the hollow points of the body and provides a very comfortable bed surface for sleeping.

Rebound & Latex Foam

The purpose of using this foam is to prevent pressure in the spine and relieve pressure in the lumbar region and under the pelvis. And This type of foam has very high resistance and stability in medical mattresses. This type of foam is used for heavy people and those with mild and severe back disc injuries. Being natural (organic) and pure latex foam has been welcomed by customers.

Memory Foam

This foam has the ability to form the shape of the body, including the hollow areas of the body (neck arch, between the shoulders, waist hollow and under the pelvis).

Another ability of this foam is to maintain the spine in a smooth and horizontal direction, and it also prevents the pressure from entering the upper spine.

In this foam, gel is used as a cooling agent, which prevents heat and sweating on the surface of the bed. Among the other benefits of this gel, it is a filler in the muscular hollows of the body.

Cloth

Zenit company uses the most up-to-date fabric textile machines production in the country and also produces all kinds of fabrics needed for mattresses according to different tastes.

Fabrics uses in mattresses are made of cotton, thread and linen, which are completely hypoallergenic ,anti-inflammatory and are completely disinfected before use.

Moheb Salamat Mehr Pars Iranian Hotel is located in Alborz province, Berghan city, 25 km from Karaj city.

In line with the improvement and comfort of patients, Zenit Company has come to the help of Moheb Salamat Hotel and provided favorable conditions for patients to rest.

Moheb Salamat Hotel-Hospital building has 4 floors and 49 rooms.

First floor of complex is completely therapeutic.

Other three floors of complex have been equipped as separate rooms for the comfort of patients.

Decoration of 2^nd, 3th and 4th floor of this complex are equipped with Zenit Products Collection such like single and double boxes, filled Core medical-spring mattress with high resistance pads, boxes, sheets, mattress protectors, bedsheets and pillows.

Javed Rihan Traver Company

Javed Rihan Traver Company, located in Keshavarz Blvd., Tehran, has equipped its corporate hotel with help of Zenit Trading Group for comfort of its staff.

As request of Javed Rihan Hotel, 22 boxes (size 200*160) were equipped with high resistance mattresses of the same size and complete sleeping package which includes pillows, protectors, and light coverlets.
